Try getting a sound bar like I did. I couldn't get any sound on my Sharp Aquos tv so finally I bought a sound bar and I have sound again! I paid less than $100 with the 3 year geek squad protection just in case. Try it and keep your receipt in case, but it solved my sound problem.
