“Just purchased one of these to go with my Insignia TV Fire Edition. Audio is fine playing through cable provider app. When we try streaming anything through Amazon it’s just awful static. There’s no PCM setting in the tv. Help!”

On the Fire TV Edition television try to go Home > Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format PCM. David M. - Insignia Support
