You may have fixed it by now but have you set the audio output on your TV to whatever input your using on the sound bar?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is more than likely a TV setting issue. On Samsung TV's you need to set the audio port on the TV to the correct audio out source (like 1/8 or digital) to get sound out of that port. This will also disable the on board speakers as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You probably have to change the audio output settings on your TV. Depending on which type of cable used.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the sound bar has two ways to to the samsung TV. The first is optical and the second is bluetooth. If using Bluetooth you need to use the remote that came with it and click the source button until you get get to the bluetooth connection which you will see it needing paired in the Speaker List which you will find by clicking the menu button on the remote and you will see sound; from sound go to speaker list and under bluetooth you will see a connection that needs paired. Pair it and as long as the soundbar is set to bluetooth which it is or you will not see the connection that needs paired. The other way to use it is to use the optical connection on the back of the TV and the optical connection on on the sound bar. Optical is best if you just have the sound bar. There is a full set of directions that comes with the sound bar, Also if you search the sound bar online you van find another set of directions at this URL for it. https://fccid.io/UZZHSB318/User-Manual/User-manual-3399261
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not all 4K Tv's work with this sound bar
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into the advanced settings and you can change the audio output to PCM. Works fine after.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have a 4kHD Samsung and after researching quite a bit found that you have to set the soundbar to PCM output, which the Samsung doesn't have. Samsung has Dolby Digital and therefore it will not work with the Digital Optical Cable, only with Bluetooth. I wish the packaging box would state that the installation requires programming and that TV's that the soundbar will NOT work with TV's that don't have PCM or Pulse-code modulation. This would avoid having to re-packagge the soundbar and return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure to set the TV to output sound through external/digital audio rather than the built-in speakers. Should be under Sound Settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
