I assume your using the HDR cord? On the back of the tv, usually near the color ports, you should see a seemingly closed port with a dim red light shinning out of it. Make sure its the right way and it should just slide in. Might have to adjust your tv sound settings to use the HDR still. Sometimes it doesnt register as default
