“Can this be mounted to the bottom of a tv with a universal sound bar mount? I do not see any versa mounting holes. Only key holes for screws when it is wall mounted.”

It can be wall mounted. There are 2 mounting holes on rear of sound bar. Could probably be wall mounted as well.
