“Is there anything I can do about the sound not matching up to the TV? There seems to always be a lag. Awesome sound but annoying to look at”

You'll need to turn off or turn down the volume on the TV speakers only. You have two different speakers and sound sources which creates the delayed/reverb effect. You can turn off your tv sound settings by going through menu/settings an then going to the sound selections.
