“I have Samsung Full HD Smart Tv, hookedup to DirecTV. Only use their remote but I have the tv remote. Installed Soundbar, was working, but now not. Remote SOURCE seems to show activity on top of soundbar, but volume not working. Do I need DirecTV?”

• I have this sound bar and use Spectrum TV. I turned the volume on the TV all the way down to zero and only use the sound bar with its own remote. Most remotes from direct TV, ATT etc. only effect the TV volume control, and does not operate the sound bar.
