Q: QuestionThis sound bar doesn’t have enough sound intervals. Volume up one level and it’s too loud, down one level and it’s too quiet. Any way to fix this? That and background sound often drowns out dialog.

Q: QuestionWhen I switch the speaker on, sometimes it will go from zero to 100 when I press volume up on the remote. I have an old insignia tv NS 39-E, and have hooked it up. Switching volume up when switch to blue tooth always starts blaring. Any thoughts to fix?

Q: QuestionI'M TRYING TO CONNECT AN INSIGNIA 2.0 SOUND BAR TO A SAMSUNG SMART TV. IT APPEARS THAT A USB CABLE IS THE ONLY TO CONNECT THEM. WILL THAT WORK? WILL HAVE TO ACQUIRE A CABLE.

• A:Answer You don’t need a usb cable, at least not on any of the Samsung Smart TVs I connected this sound bar to. You have to go into the settings, down to sound, and change the tv speaker output to Bluetooth and pair it first. Once it is paired, you will need to connect and then each time you turn on your tv, make sure the sound bar is on and it will automatically ask if you want to connect in the upper right corner of the tv.

• A:Answer There are multiple leds on the top of the bar a very poor location. Move the leds till you get sound. Mine works fine with the Roku TV ..You also need to set your audio preferences on the TV settings page.
