- Answer Hello, thank you for the question. When using the optical connection, your TV remote will typically still control the volume as long as your TV supports CEC/Audio Control. The sound bar remote is mainly used for functions like input selection, sound modes, and manual volume adjustments if needed. - Answer This manual does not match my product. I just realized this is NS-SB20S and the manual I'm seeking is for NS-SB20 -- no S. I think it's an earlier version. Same name, different configuration. Don't you have a support channel for such things?

QuestionCan I pair bluetooth headphones to the soundbar and will it automatically connect to them when the headphones are powered on? My TV bluetooth is terrible. I know you can go from source to bluetooth, but from source to speaker, speaker to bluetooth output

QuestionI have had this soundbar for almost two months and half the time it won't come on. I try the remote and button on top. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to power up. However, then bluetooth wouldn't connect. I then tried aux and it disconnects

- Answer Nope that does not fix it. It just works when it wants too. It's junk! Never have had this problem with a soundbar before
