QuestionWhen streaming some movies the volume is not loud enough so I have to turn my TV volume all the way up will this sound bar take care of that problem?

- Answer Absolutely u can put ur volume on 3 and turn the subwoofer up it will definitely fix all volume problems

QuestionMy subwoofer is lighting up blue but has no noise coming from it i have tried to repair them multiple times but on the sound bar when i press the pair on the back of it it never lights up blue.

QuestionThe subwoofer wont stay paired. It will pair and give about 3 seconds of sound and then go back to searching mode (blinking blue light). What gives?

- Answer I don't know what would make your sound bar or subwoofer .stop working after 3 min. I have my sound bar hung above my T.V and my subwoofer about 20 feet apart and I have Experienced no Such problems but what I do know is Best Buy has the absolute best Warranty option so if you opt not to buy the warranty I would Suggest that you check and make sure that you have a big enough Electrical current to hold the subwoofer. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for u all i know is that each Purchase I have made this dart have been a 10 on my Rating meter

QuestionSound cuts in and out when watching Netflix. Is not bad just kind of annoying. Is fine watching Direct TV. I'm using the optical cable. Not sure what is causing it. I have the setting on the tv set to what it says. Just bought it.

- Answer That's not your sound bar or the cable. Let's face reality here, it's you're cheap, low balling network coverage. Get with the program and have a reliable network that you can trust on. Don't be scared to invest your money on what would better serve you. A phone with excellent coverage will left several concerns you might have.

QuestionCan the subwoofer be turned off when the sound bar is turned off? The only way I know how to do it is to unplug it. The blinking blue light is annoying when the sound bar is turned off and the subwoofer continually tries to pair to it again.

QuestionDigital Coaxial CableWill a digital coaxial cable work instead of an optimal cable? Do they both have the same type of male and female ends as my Insignia TV doesn't show an optimal cable output?

- Answer I don't think so. I'm using an OPTICAL digital cable from the TV to the soundbar, and it is nicely synchronized- so I suggest that. MCM Electronics does sell a box that converts S/PDIF optical to COAX digital and vice-versa if you really need to go that route. You could also use the RCA audio jacks, but I haven't tried them yet, or the mini stereo headphone jack.

QuestionBought this thing less than month ago. I have soundbar right under my tv hooked up thru optical cable, up on fireplace mantle (fireplace never gets used btw) and the subwoofer is plugged in roughly 4 feet away. The subwoofer cuts in and out constantly.
