Hi , thank you for your question. The Insignia 2.1 Channel Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer (Model NS‑SB21) cannot be controlled by an Insignia Fire TV remote, as the TV remote is designed only for green‑zone Fire TV functions like navigation, volume control on the TV itself, and Alexa features. The soundbar uses its own dedicated remote for audio modes, bass levels, and DTS Virtual:X settings, though it can respond to basic volume commands through HDMI‑ARC CEC if your TV and soundbar are connected that way.
