Q: QuestionDisconnected from insignia tv, have tried every possible troubleshooting I could think of and can't get the TV to send sound thru arc to the soundbar. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

• A:Answer Try goofing with the background TV settings for audio. Mine still has trouble using hdmi too. I actually hooked up optical cable too. Sometimes I have to switch to optical source to get sound. Then the soundbar randomly figures it out and automatically switches to hdmi - and that works too.
