• The manual says to press the mute button at least 8 seconds to disable the voice prompts. Hope this helps

• I followed the steps in the manual to disable sounds but they are still there and annoying. I can see the led change when I hold the muter button .. but still annoying sounds Help Thanks

• I connected it to Bluetooth on my tv and it stopped doing that.
