QuestionI just got this for my office and I notice there is no back panel on my fridge. Is this correct? I thought it would at least be covered but the bottom half is exposed. Does this sound right? Also can I set this on carpet?

- Answer This is correct, this Mini Fridge does not have a back panel. This is normal. Place your refrigerator on a floor that’s strong enough to support your refrigerator when it is fully loaded.

QuestionIs there a way to change the soda/can rack on the inside door to the dispense-a-can kind (the one where the cans come out of the bottom)?? It looks like it should be able to because there is a little opening at the bottom.

- Answer Nope - could probably remove what’s there (if you actually put standard sized cans, they can interfere with some shelf placement).

QuestionThe top of this mini-fridge model looks like it has places for the door to be reversible but the specifications state it is not reversible. Would you please confirm if it is or not for the Cream version?

- Answer The handle isn’t, so while you maybe could do it, you would have the handle on the wrong side. (all the screw covers appear removable, but definitely aren’t designed to be taken out regularly-I mean you’ll likely break one in the process)

- Answer I wouldn't use it if your temperatures are above 90 degrees and there would be direct sunlight on it, Ours is in our basement.

QuestionI bought this fridge for spare guest room. I put water and soda. It was best great keeping very cold !!! I went In today get cold soda !!! It felt warm?? I saw the Control knob setting I was about to adjust it sparked now nothing ! It ??

- Answer If I understand your comments correctly, the Control knob released a spark when you tried to adjust it? This sounds like a short in the wiring. If so, and it is still under warranty, contact Best Buy about a replacement.
