I doubt it - the drives must plug in to the SATA pins under the hinged door(s) on top of the unit. I've never seen an adapter that would fit down there- I have two external adapters that do this, but they have their own USB ouputs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Typically Probably NOT, an adapter would not allow the drive to seat properly in the dock, and also the adapter could get stuck into the dock. Bliss I believe because of the pinout and power requirements any adapter will not be small enough to accommodate inserting into the dock. If you have IDE drive you are trying to access, I recommend you look for a IDE enclosure for the drive you want to use. I had todo the same thing as I wanted to clear an old IDE drive.
