“Does this docking bay have UASP?”

• It actually supports UASP. I've mounted two drives on Linux and verified they're both using the uas driver (via lsusb -t). Both drives also respond to SCSI commands (sdparm)

• No. Look for StarTech brand docking stations. These are more expensive thank non-UASP models.
