That drive has an ide interface. The drive dock works for sata. You will need to find a different external drive controller
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will only work with SATA drives. That particular drives is an IDE drive. IDE uses a 40 pin connector like that. SATA uses a blade type connector. The pin bent because you tried inserting a drive that is not compatible with the docking station.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The drive you have is an older IDE drive and should not be inserted into the Insignia device as it is only supports eSATA drives. You will probably need to search Amazon as I don’t believe BestBuy sells these. UNITEK USB 3.0
