• I think so, both of mine are on. I think your wall outlet has to be fully functioning ? I’m not sure why only one of yours is on, ask someone who knows about electrical stuff LOL

• If the "grounded" indicator is not lit, then it means that the outlet that the device is plugged into is not grounded (there is not grounding cable).
