• Maybe with double-sided tape, but it doesn't have mounting hole on the device.

• You probably could with some 3m products on the bottom of it. It has smooth surfaces on the bottom so 3m command mount tape for picture frames would probably do the trick. Although your night stand would not be flush to the wall since the plug in part is thick.
