“My first question is how does this cooker compare to zirosushi? And second question is does it only cook the rice or is it a warmer as well? And how long can u leave the rice in the cooker once it’s finished cooking before going bad and turning yellow ?”

When you add the right amount of water, they both cook rice with similar result. It keeps the rice warm just like most cookers and I wouldn't leave it in for more than a day.
