• Probably not. I think you need a 4-conductor cable (looks like it has 3 rings). This is just a 3- conductor (2 ring) cable for stereo audio. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5110-accessories-for-square-readers At the bottom they give links to a couple cables reported to work. Both are 4-conductor types.
