• i butcher cows and filled it with meat and they don't bow

• I have forty pieces of chicken breasts on one shelf, ten pounds of ground sirloin and eit packages of three cups each of frozen sauce on another shelf and neither have bowed at all. One just has to distribute the weight evenly.
