I have been trying to get an answer to this myself for quite some time. You would think that the manufacturer would have tested this unit for an acceptable ambient temperature range, without having warranty problems. The test results could then go into their product specifications. The customer should not have to guess about this. The answer given by the factory was a maybe. It tells me they don't know. Best Buy should tell the manufacturer to provide an acceptable ambient temperature range if they don't want to have warranty and return problems that hurt their reputation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you use it in Freezer mode, it should work.
