Bought 2 about a month ago. One was set as fridge. Keeps temperature at 37 deg. F. No issues so far with this unit. The other unit was set as freezer. Froze well but did not defrost. Called in and unit was replaced. New unit did not work as freezer or as fridge. Lost most frozen food. Called in and unit replaced. New unit has been keeping below zero for a little over a week.. Keeping fingers crossed.
