“I received my fridge last week and the first 4 days the temperature set at 3 was perfect.... Now When I have my number set at 3 it doesn't get cold enough. So I have to have it set to 4 and that seems ok. But that's the next to highest setting.”

We have had the opposite problem We had the fridge set at 3 for the first month or 2 and realized that drinks were starting to freeze so we now have it set at 2 and it running fine. Not sure why some have a cooling problem. Maybe the door is not closing properly.
