“I am looking for a TV that has a cableCARD ready slot on it. I want to not have a cable tuner box as my cable provider is going to. I currently connect my cable line directly into the tv. They tell me that I need a cable box or a cableCARd ready tv.”

what you looking for is Samsung GX-SM530CF Cable Box and Streaming Media Player with Built-In Wi-Fi. To my knowledge, there are no TVs produced with cable card slot anymore. Samsung tuner accepts cable card
