“What is the height of the tv with the stand. I have a 16.5" height limit. (I found on a site that the tv is 12" high, but need to know the tv PLUS the stand height.”

Just measured mine with stands attached and it is 131/2" tall from table wood and from TV frame to frame 20" wide
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just slightly under 13-3/4 inches tall w/stand. I didn't measure the height w/o the legs... the 12" you refer sounds close to the height of the monitor (only).
