“When I attempt to connect TV to the wifi, it finds 'wireless network' fine (green check mark) but consistently gets caught up on 'local network' and won't connect. Our internet is high quality & other electronics work fine. What could be the issue?”

• Unfortunately, you are out of luck! Everyone, including me, that gave a one-star review is having the same issue. I go through the process, it says connected with a green check mark, then it says not connected or drops WiFi connection in the middle of a movie. The TV was a waste of money.

• Even with greatest Internet speeds, multiple devices can lag your wifi, we had to purchase an extender to handle all the devices
