• When you go to set up tuner it allows you to choose Antenna, Cable, Satellite. So yes.. but since Comcast doesn't really offer more than a handful of QCAM channels.. it doesn't add value for me.

• Yes. Any tv that can do Digital channels has a Qam capable tuner.
