To enter a password using the on-screen keyboard on your Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV, start by opening the on-screen keyboard, which should appear automatically when prompted. Use the arrow keys on your remote to navigate the keyboard. To enter special characters like a hyphen (-), navigate to the "123" or "Symbols" button and press the OK button on your remote to switch to the symbols layout. After selecting the hyphen or any other required symbol, switch back to the main keyboard layout by selecting the "ABC" or "Letters" button.
