• Hi PVL! Yes, you can use AirPlay to stream downloaded movies to the Insignia 24" Fire TV without internet, as long as both devices are on the same local Wi-Fi network, but Fire TV apps won’t work offline, and the TV must be set up beforehand. Jeth | Insignia Support.
