Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is confusing, at least to me. I just needed a small TV for the kitchen and, naturally, it was on sale, good price. Not realizing the "Smart TV" issue, I have it connected to Xfinity small cable box. However, that aside, I have to use the Insignia remote to initially turn it on, then the Xfinity Comcast remote does the rest for my wife changing channels & volume. I am not interested in accessing our WiFi for the Smart TV features. Of course, I did not explain exactly what I was looking for to the Best Buy Associate, but as mentioned, a nice TV really was on "sale" at the time! I should mention, excellent picture and audio!
