• Yes there are three hdmi inputs. And they can be renamed as well

• Yes, it has HDMI ports, which is what Chromecast uses to connect to the TV. Plug it in and when you want to use it, switch to that specific HDMI input.

• I don't own a Chomecast, but I believe the t.v. has open HDMI inputs so you should be able to use one.
