A:Answer Nothing, ABSOULTELY NOTHING, is excluded from Prop 65 . . . Not even wild fires, mud slides or other man-made (READ: government-mandated) disasters! Just how much time, ENERGY, ink, etc. has been used to print ALL those idiotic notices? Environmentally friendly? Hah! What value are they when they appear on EVERYTHING!
To answer the question: It seems logical that it wouldn't be sold in Kalifornia if it failed to meet ANY of their Draconian regs!
(However, please remember that it is up to the consumer to properly mount TVs so they don't tip over and squish their 'emotional support' animals (ferrets, amoeba, star fish, etc.) Remember to report any such instances to the state ESAPA within 24 hours.
