Same here. So far, it has run 3 cycles. Every time I open and close the door, it starts again. The control panel on this thing is garbage. Open door, press cancel for 3 seconds or more, it just starts the countdown again, close the door and starts another wash cycle. Wish I read the reviews on this piece of junk before purchasing.

Worse piece of crap DO NOT BUY the filter is lame, won't drain 50% of the time, leaks the other 50% and now the wheels fell off on the bottom rack and in turn the sealing on the front left side is all bent. Same thing happened with the last one, just on the right side. The controls turn on if you breathe on it the system often just starts on it's own. More headaches then washing by hand, bye byeeeeee
