“I have a brand new dishwasher and the third rack at the top does not pull out. It is getting stopped by the water spinner at the top. Anyone else have this happen? Is this top rack adjustable? How if it is? We have tried everything.”

Ours is the same. We just bought this home so we have no warranty either. What a horrible design.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you certain you removed all the zip ties that were holding different parts of the rack in place during shipping and before installation? I don't see how that would effect the spinning spray or how it would keep the top tray from sliding out, but it was the first thing that came to mind. I do remember that the top tray can be adjusted but cannot check it at the moment because I am not at home. I will look later. Good luck.
