“I just purchased Insignia NS-DWR3ss1 and uppacked. The top spray arm is attached to the top rack and pulls off the connection in the back of the dishwasher. I do not see anything in the manual. What am I doing wrong or missing?”

After you load the drawer, when you push the drawer in, it reattaches to the nozzle on the back wall. When you close the door, it applies pressure to the drawer to prevent leaks. I don’t think it is mentioned anywhere in the manual.
