“I bought dishwasher week ago and I have tried using all the cycles and even less dish soap but still when the cycle end soap is still in the dishes and dishwasher. Is the dishwasher defective ?”

You are either leaving a soap residue on the dishes as you load them or using the incorrect dishwasher soap. I had this problem years ago and found out I was leaving residue from the Dawn detergent in my sink pre-wash. I started rinsing them well , and I use Cascade dishwasher powder and I have no problems.
