“I've had this air conditioner for 2 years with no real issues until today. It ran for under an hour and the P1 alert( which has never come in before) said my tank was full. Tons of water poured out. It fills up hourly. How am I supposed to fix this? Help!”

The insignia support did not answer my question. I know how to drain the water. The issue is that it's filling up way too fast and has to be emptied constantly. It shouldn't fill up within an hour. Something has to be broken.
