“Why does audio sound stronger on only one speaker? If I connect the red:red/white:white, only the left speaker works. If I connect the red wire to the white port and the white wire to the red port, then only the right speaker works. How do I fix this?”

• Try to use a different source (audio device).

• You need to return it it is defective. My speakers are strong sound in my kitchen were my wife wants them
