Can these speakers be used outside? null

Not unless you want them to be ruined. They are vinyl covered particle board, and are not battery powered, so not intended for outdoor use.

You can use them anywhere you want, but they are not weatherproof or battery powered. So don't get them wet or leave them outdoors overnight.
