Can these speakers be used outside? null

Not unless you want them to be ruined. They are vinyl covered particle board, and are not battery powered, so not intended for outdoor use.

these speakers require an AC plug for power there is no battery you can use them outside, but do NOT leave them outside they are not water resistant

You can use them anywhere you want, but they are not weatherproof or battery powered. So don't get them wet or leave them outdoors overnight.
