“I bought my niece the Sony Ps-lx310bt turntable and the insignia speakers but the speakers have no sound at all coming out of them and we plugged them up just like the directions stated. Any ideas”

Try to pair the speakers to the turntable via Bluetooth.

Please try again later.Try both connections - Bluetooth and THEN via RCA cables to determine if the speakers are defective or if you have a connection issue with the turntable. Make sure you have the speaker connections set for each input. Also try to connect a phone/tablet, etc to the speakers via the same manner to determine if the turntable has an issue. I think that turntable has a gain selector, maybe try increasing the gain to see if that helps. Good luck.
