Q: QuestionWhen I use Bluetooth from my phone, sound comes out of both speakers. However, when I run my turntable through them, sound only comes out of the main speaker with faint vibrations coming from the left speaker. Maybe something’s wrong with the RCA input?

Q: QuestionI have model NS-HBTSS116 and a Mee-audio CONNECT. I have paired these two with zero problems for 3 years. I can’t get the two to connect via Bluetooth anymore. I know how to reset the Mee but maybe need to reset speakers. Any suggestions?

• A:Answer Yes, they do. I have both an iMac and a Windows 10 PC connected to them. Press the bluetooth button on your remote (see attached image) to make your speakers discoverable (your speakers should have a blue light) and then go to your settings on your PC and pair your device. Depending on your version of windows the path could be slightly different. • A:Answer Zee, I don't believe that configuration will work. This speaker system has two speakers. One speaker has a built in amplifier, an RCA cable pre-amp audio input, a 3.5mm pre-amp audio input and red and black speaker wire OUTPUT terminals. The audio inputs can be from a TV, PC, etc., not an amplifier. The other speaker only has red and black speaker wire inputs that receive speaker input from the amplified speaker. Volume is controlled either by a switch on the side of the amplified speaker or by the included remote control. Of course Blue Tooth input works well too.

• A:Answer Go on to guitarcenter.com or an actual store and ask for an aux to rca adapter. If you still have the RCA cables that came with the unit just buy one of the small adapters for roughly $6 If you've lost them just go ahead and buy a full aux to RCA cable.
