Yes, this unit comes with a water filter. You can purchase the replacement Model: NS-WF26SS0-1

It was installed upon delivery, but heads up: I don't think it was installed correctly, because I took it out to see the number to reorder, and after I put it back, the water came out twice as strong as before.

Yes it does. Delivery men took time to tell us about the features and showed us where it was located and how to access it. A nice touch....bothe having the filtered the delivery people!
