“Tried to replace the water filter with the recommended filter from Best Buy. No matter what we do, it leaks. It is not leaking from where the filter seals against, but from the side. Looks the same when I take filter out. Ir worked fine before change.”

Hi jakesummer, The water filter does not properly seat with the resulting leakage. To get it to work try unscrewing the filter a quarter turn or so but this is not a secure fit. Renee, Insignia Support
