“I just bought this wine cooler. I put all my Tobin James bottles (13 inches long) and now the door doesn't close all the way. The bottles are as far back as they can go. Am I doing something wrong or why do these bottle not fit?”

I had the same problem. I noticed that the bar on the back of the racks was nearly 1/2” from the back wall of the unit. I was able to slightly bend the bar back a bit and my longer bottles fit nicely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Larger bottles of wine don’t fit in this fridge. It’s meant for the smaller sized bottles of barefoot for instance. I purchased longer bottles at a winery in Vermont and they don’t fit either.
