If you observe the readings carefully multiple times per day, it is likely you will see it cycles such that it may be 5degrees F higher before it kicks on and drives the temperature back to the set point. Unless you have incredibly old and crazy expensive bottles, your wine is not going to suffer from this five degree swing.
