The legal fine print says it can be delivered up 3 floors, to a room as long as they have a path and the doorways are big enough for the huge box to fit in. It fit in my outside door and they carried it upstairs, but the box wouldn’t fit in the room I needed it in so I had to open the box and get the chair out myself, and pushed it into the room it needed to be in. It was tight fitting but I made it.
