It must be. I've had mine just over a year (a month outside warranty, go figure...) and the air has stopped working. I called Insignia and they opened "case", but no one is calling me back. So, they make products that last just outside warranty???

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced the same thing. Best Buy refers me to Insignia, and Insignia refers me to Best Buy. Insignia does not stand by their product or provide real assistance once it is out of the year warranty--other than telling you to unplug it and plug it back in, and figure it out on your own because it is out of warranty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I got the first chair replaced in first few months and now again on the replaced one it has gone out. I tried taking power of controller out and all things to reset. But not able to. Not sure why these manufacturers and designers mess up such things without testing and make online in the edge. Not enjoying the product fully. And do not recall. Terrible.
