QuestionI wanted to get this as a gift for my mom. She is only a little bit over 5ft tall. Would this chair work for her? I noticed recommended height is 5'7-6'2. I do not want to get something that would be uncomfortable for her.

QuestionWhy doesn't this item have the option of an extended warranty, of say (3 years) as it only comes with a 1 year warranty? Considering that Best Buy offers extended coverage on practically everything but an item which is their own line does not.

QuestionMine is not working and I can’t find the serial number as it is stuck in a recline position. Where would the serial number be located? They refuse to send any one to look at it without a serial number which I can’t find.

- Answer It’s a 2d massage chair and pretty strong. 3D chairs are supposed to be stronger and might be too strong for some people if this 2d chair is any indication.

QuestionCan you remove the leg section, and only use the rest of the chair (to also soak feet while using it)? Can you easily avoid or disable the chair from going into zero gravity (again, to keep feet in water during use of the chair)

QuestionI just got this and I noticed one of the buttons says “waist and buttocks” but it doesn’t move at all in the buttocks area and doesn’t move in the lower back, mostly mid and upper back. Is it supposed to do something in the buttocks area?
